Hello! I'm Chaos Akuma, but most just call me Chaos. I'm a variety streamer on twitch, focusing originally on Dead by Daylight content but I've slowly grown to explore horror and story-driven games in my routine. I love sharing my passion for gaming with others, and hope to share new gaming experiences with my community!

I strive to create a welcoming and comfortable space for all viewers and community members, and will fight tooth and nail for LGBTQIA+ rights and freedoms. I like to encourage creativity and stepping out of one's comfort zone to try new things, practicing self-care regularly and prioritizing one's well-being over anything else.

While my streams are generally pretty chaotic, we have plenty of comfy days as well with community days in the mix. ⚠️ GENERAL RULES ⚠️

► Finished commission work will be sent via Discord DM's or E-mail. If the work includes more than one image or product, they will be sent in a zip file folder. Files will be rendered in a .png format (.gif for gifs) at full size.

► Any attempt at haggling prices will be denied and offenders will be blacklisted.

► By commissioning me, you agree that I keep full rights to the artwork. Which means I might share the progress or final work on social media or feature it in my portfolio.

► You can repost or share the artwork, but you MUST credit me when doing so.

► Images can be given a watermark for sharing on SM if requested at no extra charge.

► My art is NOT to be used for AI Art Generation or any NFT's or resale schemes.

► Please do not request that I try to 'emulate' other styles of drawing. If you like the work of another artist, I ask that you commission them instead. I refuse to edit or copy artwork that's already been done by another artist.

► Feel free to ask for updates via discord or e-mail. I will respond a.s.a.p.

► Please respect my time and do not pressure me via DM's or e-mail. I work and stream on a regular basis and require downtime to get work done. Disruptions will only cause delays and I will keep you updated throughout the process.

► By commissioning me you accept that I will likely stream while working on it, so if you wish to keep it hidden from the public, expect a longer turnaround time.

► If you wish to keep your orders hidden from the public, I will add a $15 content fee for time taken out of regular hours. (Special exclusions are a case-by-case basis.)

► Upon commissioning me, you will be able to revise the work and ask for changes a total of 3 times, after that I will charge $10 per change.

► I have the right to refuse a commission at any time, any breaking of T.O.S. after the initial payment will not be refunded.

💲 PAYMENT RULES 💲

► Payments are only accepted via paypal.

► Costs and payments are in USD.

► Do not send ANY payments before the written agreement to accept the commission. Any premature payments will be refunded and you'll be removed from the queue.

► For illustration commissions, $10 is required to start the project. A series of concept sketches will be made (2 - 4) and sent to you for review. I will NOT do free sketchwork.

► Full payment for illustrations is required once the lineart has been started. Only half refunds will be given for completed lineart. I will not offer any refunds after the flat color phase has been completed.

► All other projects outside of illustrations are to be paid in full upfront.

► Tips are appreciated if you like, but not required or expected.

► Are of legal age and have the ability to abide to social contracts enforced by law,

► Have the adequate funds to pay for the order upon written agreement signing,

► Agree to maintain contact and provide feedback or acknowledgement on updates,

► Agree to NOT file for a PayPal dispute or chargeback,

► Agree to contact me for corrections or refunds BEFORE the cutoff point.
